20-minute call.By appointment only.

No intake form. No long questionnaire. No “please complete this 30-question brief before we can talk.” On the call, you tell me about your practice, your timeline, your EHR, and your budget. I tell you which product makes sense — or that I'm not the right fit.

WHAT THE CALL IS

  • 20 minutes. Timed. I'll end it at the 20-minute mark.
  • No sales pitch. I tell you if Hexidus is a fit or not.
  • You leave with a clear recommendation and a rough quote.
  • If we're a fit, I send the SOW within 48 hours.

I read every email. I respond within 48 hours on weekdays — longer on weekends when I'm on night shifts. No auto-responders, no drip sequences, no “we'll route your inquiry to the appropriate team.” Just me.

  • Your practice name and location
  • Your EHR (Hint, Atlas, Elation, Jane, or other)
  • Your target launch date
  • Which product you're interested in (Audit, Lite, Pro)
  • Your timeline constraints, if any
