Hexidus ReadySites — Single Website License 1.0

This license takes effect when Hexidus Labs supplies this identified product under a paid order or separate written license authorization. Possession of a review copy does not itself grant commercial use.

Permitted use

One license permits one end-business website using this selected template. You may modify its original source, branding, colors, text and included illustrative assets, publish the resulting website on a domain you control, and maintain private backups, local development and staging copies for that website. A www alias, replacement domain, and migration of the same website do not require another license. You may engage contractors to work on that website. An agency may purchase for one named client and hand the customized source to that client, subject to this same license; this consumes that one website license. The finished website may be used commercially. No public credit link is required.

Restrictions

Do not resell, sublicense, share publicly, or distribute the template or a derivative as a reusable theme, starter kit, component collection, website builder, or competing template product. Do not use one license for multiple unrelated business websites. Contractors and an agency's named client receive access only for the licensed website and must preserve this license and third-party notices in source handoffs. Obtain a separate license for another end-business website. You retain your own supplied brand, content and modifications, subject to these restrictions on underlying template material.

Assets and dependencies

This license covers Hexidus Labs' original template contribution and permits use of its included illustrative assets in the licensed website. The imagery depicts fictional scenes and is AI-generated; no exclusivity or copyright protection for generated imagery is promised. Do not present fictional people as actual staff, patients or endorsements. Third-party packages and optional fonts retain their own licenses, which control their respective material; this license does not narrow rights granted by those licenses. Delivery and support

The base deliverable is four-page source and documentation, not hosting, patient intake, payment processing, a booking service, a clinical tool or a maintained backend. Setup questions and corrections to defects in the delivered version are available for 30 days after delivery. Content updates, new features, migrations, recurring maintenance and third-party charges are separate. Personalization/launch work, scheduling, payment, cancellation and any refund conditions must be stated in the particular order before payment; this file does not create those services or impose an unstated refund policy.

Replace fictional details and review business facts, clinical statements, imagery rights, accessibility, privacy and external destinations before publishing. Technical SEO setup does not guarantee indexing or rankings. The software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Hexidus Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived. No clinical, regulatory or accessibility certification is included.
