1. One selected website. One package.

ReadySites are source-code templates for one named end-business website, not a hosted editor, managed website subscription or clinical system. Each design has four existing pages: Home, About, Services and Contact.

ReadySites is currently offered to US-based businesses only. Before self-serve template checkout, you confirm that the licensed business and its billing address are in the United States. Stripe collects the named business and billing address, which we review before source delivery. This is a buyer eligibility statement, not independent identity verification or a Stripe billing-country restriction. Businesses outside the United States should contact us before ordering. An eligibility statement is not a tax exemption.

The service totals include the selected template license; another $79 is not added. Applicable tax is disclosed before payment. Hosting, domain registration/renewal, paid assets and third-party subscriptions are separate customer costs. No recurring Hexidus Labs fee is included.

2. Payment and private delivery.

The $79 template is paid before delivery. Source files are delivered privately after successful payment and confirmation of the selected product, named licensed business and delivery recipient. Delivery is manual; do not expect an automatic or instant download. For self-serve template purchases, private source delivery is within 2 business days after successful payment and complete order details. Business days are Monday–Friday.

For Personalize, the initial payment is $299.50 and the final payment is $299.50. For Personalize + Launch, each payment is $599.50. The initial payment follows an accepted written scope and scheduled start; the final payment follows explicit preview approval and precedes customized source handoff or authorized production deployment. Applicable taxes and approved additions are reflected on the actual invoices.

Final payment does not remove our obligation to complete the listed launch work or remedy an in-scope defect. An inquiry does not place an order, reserve a project date or authorize payment. Service work begins only after both parties agree the order, complete materials are received, and the initial payment and start slot are confirmed.

If a delivery has not arrived by the agreed deadline, contact robert@hexiduslabs.com with your order reference. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.

3. Materials, review and launch.

You provide final approved text, your logo/colors, photos you have permission to use, accurate business details and approved external links. Before accepting a service order, we agree how your content fits the chosen design’s existing sections, images and service entries. Fictional people and demonstration details must not be represented as your real staff, patients, credentials or testimonials.

Planning targets are 5–7 business days for Personalize and 7–10 for Personalize + Launch after complete materials and an agreed start. Actual start, review and delivery targets are recorded in your order. Client review time, access delays, DNS propagation and provider checks can extend elapsed time; we confirm revised dates with you.

One revision round is one consolidated written list within the agreed four layouts and content direction. Corrections to our mistakes or deviations from scope do not consume this round. Please provide feedback or request an extension within three business days of the preview. Silence is not acceptance; delayed feedback pauses the schedule. A project waiting on required input for 30 calendar days may need a newly agreed start slot, without an automatic restart fee or forfeiture.

Launch requires your written approval of the final content, target domain and customer-owned hosting plan. Website DNS changes are limited to the agreed records; existing mail records are preserved. You retain control of hosting, registrar/DNS and Search Console accounts. Use delegated invitations rather than sending passwords.

Extra pages, sections or layouts, copywriting, photo sourcing, branding, CMS/blogs, form backends, booking integrations, ecommerce, portals, analytics/cookie tooling, migration and email setup require separately accepted scope. An external booking link is included in services; a booking system is not. Inactive demo submission controls are removed or replaced with approved working contact links before personalized delivery or launch. Patient information, uploads and clinical tools are not included.

Technical SEO setup does not guarantee indexing, rankings, leads or revenue. No healthcare, regulatory or accessibility certification is included. You approve business facts, clinical/promotional claims and supplied legal text before publishing. A quote is normally valid for 14 calendar days, with the actual expiry and scope stated in the order.

4. Thirty days of setup and defect support.

Template and Personalize include 30 calendar days from source delivery for setup questions and corrections to reproducible defects in that delivered version. Personalize + Launch support continues through 30 days after both the completed launch and final source handoff; an unfinished preview does not start that window. If source is delivered earlier by agreement, its source support period is preserved.

Content updates, new features, future dependency upgrades, hosting incidents, customer or third-party modifications, ongoing maintenance and 24/7 availability are separate. Work needed to complete an agreed deliverable remains due even if a support period has ended. This support period does not remove rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

Email your order number, product/version, affected page, expected result and reproduction steps to robert@hexiduslabs.com. Redact sensitive information; never send patient records, passwords or access tokens.

5. Cancellation, refunds and defects.

A template order cancelled before source delivery receives a full refund. After delivery, report a materially incorrect or defective product; we first offer a corrected file or practical remedy. If the material issue cannot be remedied within a reasonable agreed period, we offer a refund. This is not a blanket “all sales final” policy, and mandatory customer rights remain intact.

For service cancellations, the initial payment is an advance, not an automatically nonrefundable fee. We provide an itemized account of completed milestones and any separately authorized, nonrecoverable third-party expense. Unused prepaid amounts are refunded. If we cannot finish, payment for the unperformed portion is refunded and usable paid-for work is handed over where applicable.

The maximum earned package fee is $599 for Personalize or $1,199 for Launch. These allocations are not extra charges or stand-alone services. A partial or unperformed milestone earns no fee unless different task-level values were accepted in writing before work began. No fee is earned merely on receiving the initial payment, and an unprovided handoff is not counted as complete because an appointment was missed.

Earned amount equals completed milestones plus only approved nonrecoverable third-party costs. Payments above that amount are refunded; any unpaid earned amount is itemized. Tax adjustments are recorded separately. The $79 license/source milestone is earned only on actual licensed source delivery, not a preview. An early-ending order records any agreed paid-for source handoff and its license in writing; payment for unperformed launch work is not required for that agreed handoff.

Request cancellation or a remedy by emailing robert@hexiduslabs.com with your order reference. We target initiating an agreed refund within 10 business days; your payment provider’s settlement time can differ. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

6. Your content. A nonexclusive template license.

You retain your supplied branding, text and photographs. The Single Website License 1.0 governs the delivered template and its permitted modification and one named-client handoff. It allows one end-business website, including private development/staging copies, www aliases and migration of that same website; another unrelated business website needs another license. The reusable source cannot be resold as a theme, kit or competing template.

Underlying template material is not exclusive work-for-hire. Third-party dependency/font/asset licenses govern their respective material; they are not narrowed by this order. Included illustrative imagery is fictional and AI-generated, with no exclusivity or copyright protection promised for generated imagery.

The accepted order governs your service scope, milestones, payment and cancellation. The paid-product license governs the delivered source, rather than general website-viewing restrictions. Completed-order commercial use follows full payment. A licensed source handoff expressly included in a cancellation settlement is usable for the named website once the agreed earned balance for that handoff is settled. A review copy alone does not grant commercial use.
