The practical details.

Service requests are reviewed before a scope and start date are confirmed. An inquiry does not book a project or take payment.

Content & revisions: You supply final copy, logo and photos. Personalization covers existing layouts and one consolidated revision round. Corrections to our implementation mistakes do not use that round.
Payment & timing: The template is paid before delivery. Services use 50% upfront and 50% after preview approval, before source handoff or launch. Target working time is 5–7 business days for Personalize and 7–10 for Launch after complete materials and an agreed start.
Support & handoff: 30 days of setup questions and delivered-version defect corrections, from source delivery or completed launch and final source handoff. Content updates and maintenance are separate.
Separate costs: Hosting, domains, paid assets and third-party subscriptions are paid by you. Your hosting accounts stay in your control.
Additional scope: Copywriting, photography sourcing, logo design, extra pages, new layouts, form backends, booking integrations, ecommerce, portals and email migration require a separate quote.
License & delivery: One selected four-page source template for one named business website, under a nonexclusive license. We confirm private delivery details before an order; no hosted editor or ongoing subscription is included.
